Couriers and shipping times
Priority is for us to fulfill orders as soon as possible.
Orders will be processed the same day from receipt of payment if placed before 12:00 am.

Any delivery delays caused by transport agencies will not be liable to Wall-Strip.
Customs clearance at customs offices can cause possible delays.
Orders placed on Fridays after 6pm and on weekends will be dispatched on Monday.
Wall-Strip ships the purchased products to the address you indicated when ordering.
In rural areas far from urban centers, delivery within 3/4 days cannot be guaranteed.
What to do if there is no one to receive the package
The courier makes a first and second delivery attempt for each shipment. If the shipment cannot be delivered, because no one is present at home, at the first attempt the courier leaves a "delivery notice", which contains key information such as the shipment number and contact details to arrange for delivery. In the event that even on the second attempt the recipient is absent, the shipment will be kept in storage at the headquarters of the competent Courier in the area.
Anonymous package
100% anonymous package to protect your privacy. The outer packaging is 100% anonymous, without any reference to Wall-Strip or the contents of the package. No courier is aware of the origin or contents of the package.
Guarantee
All products purchased on Wall-Strip are covered by the legal warranty which ranges from 1 to 2 years depending on the product and the policy of the various manufacturers. The guarantee begins to run from the invoice data.
Return and Refund
Defective products must be reported to Wall-Strip via email on the "Contact Us" page or in the appropriate section in the personal area of the site.
You will be contacted within 48 hours and a collection of the item with one of our courier will be scheduled.
Once the goods have been received, the quality control will be carried out and we will send you a new product or a product of your choice with the maximum value of the returned one.
For the return, the following are required:
Photos of the object and any non-compliant detail Detailed description of the product malfunction
Attention! In the case of products that include app download codes, it will be a requirement not to have downloaded them in order to proceed with the full refund.
We will not accept returns of blistered or heat-sealed products, and other products with a broken factory security seal.

Modification of the order made
Once the order is concluded, it is registered by the system and from this moment it is no longer possible to make changes or cancel it.
At the end of the order, an email is sent to the address indicated during the purchase phase.

- Receipt of the purchase email;
- That you have checked the spam box;
- You have written a valid email address or contacted info@wall-strip.com
If you have changed your mind and do not wish to receive the ordered products, you can exercise the right of withdrawal.
