Refund Policy

Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer he has the right to withdraw from the contract, without the need to justify this decision and without penalty of any kind.

It is possible to make a return for withdrawal within 15 days of delivery of the package.

Reasons exist for a return

  • If within 15 days of receiving the order, you wish to return it;
  • If the product is under guarantee;
  • If the product is defective;
  • If the product received has been damaged due to transportation.

How to process a return

LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

To initiate the refund request you must:

    • Access the "Order History" section of your account here 🠖 "Order History"
    • Select the order from which you want to return an item by clicking on "Details";
    • Select the products you want to return through the box next to the names.
    • Add the quantity to be returned (in case you need to return more than one product).
    • In the "Return Merchandise" section, add an explanation so that the team better understand why the customer wants to return that product.
    •  Click on "Request a refund".

Once we have received the refund request we will send you an e-mail where we will ask you to send us a photo or a short video of the problem encountered.

Wait for your refund request to be accepted to continue to the next steps.

We will respond as soon as our customer service receives the request.

PREPARE THE PACKAGE TO SHIP

Store the complete product, with its original packaging and accessories, in a resistant box.

REFUND

Once the product has been received and its status verified, upon approval, you will receive a refund.

Since the parcel arrives at our factories, the limit for receiving a reply is from 1 to 5 working days.

What is the limit for refunds?

  • 15 days if you have bought the product, you have received it and you do not want it;
  • 2 years if it is a product under warranty that does not work;
  • 24 hours for damage in transit.

What are the conditions for the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

  • The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
  • The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc ...);
  • The shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer;
  • The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, there are some products that cannot be returned.

  • Products that will not keep their original packaging and have been opened or will not keep their original seal.
  • The lingerie products do not provide for returns, we strictly observe the safety and hygiene rules.
  • Damaged or incomplete products will not provide for a return.
  • In the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.).

Can I make an exchange?

No, for any product received either for return or as a guarantee, a refund is made, after completing the purchase process it will no longer be possible to make changes to the order.

Should I keep the original packaging?

Being intimate hygiene items. it is essential to send the item in its original packaging.

Store the product in its original packaging and in turn in another packaging. Thus it will be protected during transport.

All accessories must also be included.
