TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SERVICE
1. Terms of sale
These general conditions govern the conditions of purchase of the various products offered on our website: Wall-Strip.com.
The purchase operations will be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree n. 21 of 21.2.2014, while the protection of confidentiality will be subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree 196/03.
Wall-Strip sells lingerie and adult entertainment products from the best brands and brands internationally.
By placing an order following the various methods provided on the Site, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the various mandatory and necessary steps for the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale and payment below. transcribed as well as the specific characteristics of the product being purchased and this in order to fully satisfy the condition set out in Articles 4, 5, 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.
These general conditions of sale, together with the conditions regarding the methods of delivery and payment of the purchased goods, form an integral part of the sales contract concluded between the Customer and Wall-Strip.
Therefore, we invite you to carefully read these general conditions of sale, to print them or, in any case, to keep a copy.
It is strictly forbidden for the buyer to enter false or third-party data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract for him.
2. Buying process
The Customer can only purchase the products present in the online catalog at the time of placing the order and viewable online at Wall-Strip as described in the relevant information sheets.
When the purchase is made, the Customer has the possibility to choose the method of delivery and payment of the product he prefers.
The order will be validly processed upon receipt on the e-mail address communicated by the Customer of the confirmation of the authorization to debit the Customer's credit card of the price and any costs for transport and delivery.
The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data in the order confirmation email and to promptly report any errors or omissions to Wall-Strip.
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Wall-Strip by means of an email response sent to the email address supplied by the Customer.
The order confirmation email contains the following data:
- Order number and date
- Product (s)
- Quantity and price
- Payment type chosen
- Cost of Shipping
- Total order amount
- Email address
The image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but differ in color, size, accessory products shown in the figure. All purchase support information is intended as a simple generic information material, not referable to the real characteristics of a single product.
3. Prices
All prices indicated on the site are to be understood as retail prices and, therefore, VAT included (22%).
Product prices may vary without notice and will be valid at the time of purchase.
Before the customer confirms the order by clicking on the appropriate button, a summary of the prices of the products loaded on the cart and the delivery costs will appear on the web page.
4. Payment methods
The payment methods through which you can buy on Wall-Strip are:
- Payment by credit card: cVisa, MasterCard, PostePay circuit, prepaid cards always of the VISA circuit;
- Payment with Paypal: thanks to Paypal I could pay safely directly on the checkout page. Choose the Paypal method from the list of payment methods, log in with your Paypal credentials and complete your order;
- Payment with Sofort: Sofort is a direct transfer service offered by the Swedish Fintech company Klarna Bank; one of the payment systems that is increasingly enjoying great success in Europe.
- Payment with Mybank: MyBank allows you to make payments directly from your current account through your online banking.
At no time during the purchase procedure is Wall-Strip able to know the information relating to the Customer's credit card, transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the bank that manages the transaction and no computer archive Wall-Strip will keep this data.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Wall-Strip ships the purchased products to the address you indicated when ordering.
Delivery times depend on the availability of each product, which is indicated on each individual product offered.
Orders that include several items will be sent in a single shipment.
Delivery times vary from 24h to 48h up to a maximum of 6 working days.
Any delivery delays caused by transport agencies will not be liable to Wall-Strip.
Customs clearance at customs offices can cause possible delays.
We cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to make transport companies respect them whenever possible. In rural areas far from urban centers, delivery within 24 hours cannot be guaranteed.
6. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer he has the right to withdraw from the contract.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send a written communication to this effect to Wall-Strip within 15 calendar days of receipt of the goods.

Once the aforementioned notice of withdrawal has been received, the Customer Service of
Wall-Strip will quickly communicate to the Customer the instructions on how to return the goods.
To do this, the conditions indicated in the conditions for the management of a return listed "HERE".
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:
- The law applies to the product purchased in its entirety;
- The purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation, etc ...);
- The shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer;
- The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
The right of withdrawal is excluded, pursuant to Article 59 letter c) and lett. e) Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), in the case:
- of sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons or related to health protection; therefore, no refunds will be made for products intended solely for contact with private parts;
- absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, instruction manuals, etc.);
- damage to the product for reasons other than transport;
- of products that will not keep their original packaging or seal;
- of Lingerie products.
7. Invoice and delivery methods
For each order accepted and placed, Wall-Strip issues a receipt for the material shipped, sending it via e-mail to the order holder, pursuant to Article 14 of the Presidential Decree. 445/2000.
For the issuance of the tax receipt, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid.
No variation of the fiscal document will be possible after the issuance of the same.
8. Guarantee
The guarantee does not cover defects caused by incorrect use of the product and / or by handling the product other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or functioning. In these cases, the consumer is responsible for the repair of the product.
The following are therefore excluded from the guarantee:
- Defects and deteriorations caused by external events, accidents, mainly electrical accidents, wear and tear and use not in accordance with the instructions of Wall-Strip;
- Products modified or repaired by the customer or by any other person not authorized by Wall-Strip, as well as products subject to a specific service contract.
The products purchased on the Site are subject to the regulations, as applicable, referred to in Legislative Decree 2.2.2002 n. 24 (Official Gazette no. 57, 8.3.2002) on sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods and, to the extent not contemplated therein, with the specific provisions on the matter provided for by the Civil Code.
Therefore, all products purchased on Wall-Strip are covered by the legal guarantee which goes from 1 to 2 years per item although it will depend on the policy of the various manufacturers.
The guarantee begins on the invoice date.
On Wall-Strip we can count on the non-detectable guarantee seal with code assigned to the product that allows us to identify the shipping date, it must coincide with the information you provide.
All returned products will be tested and will be returned at the Customer's expense if they do not present defects and if normal operation is found.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wall-Strip cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage suffered by the Customer due to delays, slowdowns and interruptions of the e-commerce service or due to delays in the execution of the purchase order or due to the non-execution of the same, if the delay, slowdown, interruption and non-fulfillment are caused by an impediment independent of one's will, which could not reasonably have been foreseen and the consequences of which could not be avoided or limited.

11. Applicable law and competent court
This contract is regulated by the Italian law.
For the solution of civil and criminal disputes deriving from the conclusion of this Contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference forum of his Municipality of residence.
